Kevin Biebel

Based in Bluffton, South Carolina, Kevin Biebel founded J. Frederick Construction, Inc. in Milford, Connecticut, in 1993 with his wife and mother. Over 20 years, Mr. Biebel grew the firm to 125 employees, designing and constructing theme park displays, restaurants, private home theaters, and public infrastructure for clients including Hasbro, Mohegan Sun Casino, Hershey Foods, Six Flags, JetBlue Terminal 5, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Major projects included the ornamental metal package at Mohegan Sun, stainless railings and bollards at Yankee Stadium, over 8,000 bollards throughout New York City, and 1,100 flash flood boxes for the MTA.
